How to Check Your Yu-Gi-Oh! Card's Value
- 1
Find the name and number
The card's name is at the top. The number is printed as a set code such as LOB-EN001, printed under the artwork.
- 2
Search for it
Type the name or number into the box above, for example “Blue-Eyes White Dragon”, and pick the card whose set and image match yours.
- 3
Check the condition
Market prices describe near-mint cards. Whitening, scratches and creases lower the value; our condition guide shows how much.
- 4
Compare the price
Each card page lists every printing with its own price, the 30-day trend, and current listings to compare against.
What Affects a Yu-Gi-Oh! Card's Value
- Condition. Near Mint (NM) cards sell at the full market price; Lightly Played (LP), Moderately Played (MP), Heavily Played (HP) and Damaged (DMG) copies sell for progressively less. See the card condition guide.
- Grading. A card graded by PSA, CGC or Beckett in top condition can sell for many times the raw price. Our grading calculator shows whether it's worth it.
- The printing. 1st Edition, Secret, Ultimate, Ghost, Starlight and Quarter Century Secret rares are priced separately and are usually worth the most.
- Rarity and demand. The rarity printed on the card, how many were printed and how popular the character or card is all move the price.
- Language. Prices here are for English cards in the US market; other languages have their own prices.
